Q: How can your designs be hand-drawn if they're digital?

A: With the power of technology. K uses an iPad and Apple Pencil and draws the designs entirely by hand. See more about the process.

 

Q: Do you do special orders or commissions?

A: Not at this time. Commissions are very time consuming and restrict creativity so K Hopkins prefers not to do them at all.

 

Q: Will you ever do designs with dogs?

A: No. No offense to dog people, but this business is 100% cat person run and operated. There are many talented artists making dog artwork in the world so it shouldn't be too difficult to track some down.

 

Q: Where are your products printed?

A: We use various companies to print our products but they are all located in the USA.

 

Q: How quick is your shipping?

A: Orders are sent out within 3 business days of receiving the order. We use USPS standard shipping, upgraded shipping available on larger orders. Once shipped, order should arrive 2-5 business days for standard and 1-3 for expedited. 

 

Q: Is rush shipping available?

A: If you need an order overnighted, please contact us and we will be in touch to determine the price and feasibility. 

 

Q: Can I have items gift wrapped?

A: Gift wrapping is available at no extra cost, simply request in the order notes. We can also include a note.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to be 100% satisfied by your purchase. If you wish to return it for any reason, you can absolutely do that, and we will cover the shipping, so long as it is 30 days within receiving your order and it is in the condition it was received in. Please review the Refund Policy for more information.
